Photochromic Materials of Phenoxynaphthacenequinones

FangZheng FangTianru (Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Academia Sinics, Changchun, 130022)  
This paper reviews the progress in synthesis, photochromic mechanism, photochemistry and potential application of photochromicphenoxynaphthacenequinone compounds and polymers,which hold a promise for use in electronic and optical memory devices.
