A Study on the Over-flooding Dyeing Process of Soybean Protein Fibers

GUO Li LIUJun-ying (Shandong Binzhou Occupation College, Binzhou 256617; Huafang Co. Ltd., Binzhou 256617)
Soybean protein fibers were dyed using BES range reactive dyes by over-flooding dyeing process, dyeing temperature was 65, dyeing time for middle-pale was 50 minutes, amount of sodium sulfonate was 10g/l-50g/l, amount of Na2CO3 during fixation was 5g/l-15g/l, the rate of first class dyed products was 95%. Under the conditions of plant production, the rate of dyeing machine, raising rate of temperature, and adding rate of salt were the key effect factors on the quality of dyed products.
