The Theoretical Framework and Features of Classroom Learning Community

Classroom learning community,in line with education reform against the backdrop of present information society,is classroom ecology and an organization for learning.Based on interaction between community theory and learning organization theory,this paper is meant to build theoretical framework for classroom learning community,among which community theory is the essence while learning organization theory is the practice.And four features of classroom learning community have been put forward,namely heterogeneity in learning subject,democracy in the classroom atmosphere,cooperativeness in teaching method and formalization in classroom learning organization.
