The “Plateau Phenomenon”of Teacherss Professional Development from the Perspective of Transformational Teaching Practice

While entering the phase of deepening reform,the focus of curriculum reform in basic education has been shifted to school-orientation,and curriculum implementation tended to normalized transformational teaching practice.In this context,teachers' professional development points to the subject of transformational practice.Plateau phenomena like "experience-set"and "theory-set"have become inevitable problems confronted by schools and teachers.From the perspective of internal transformation,avoiding or overcoming plateau phase depends on interaction among subjects' develop tendency,innovative teaching environment,and expanded growth space.
