Influence of Package Material and Gas Component on the Storage of Mopan Persimmon

The methods of MA(Modified Atmosphere)storage was used and self de-puckery of persimmon in longterm storage was studied.Mopan persiommon fruit can be stored more than 80 days when the fruits arepacked four in one package which was made by 0.1 mm poloythylene film,the rate of CO_2 and O_2 in the package was adjusted to 2:1 as quick as possible and additional suitable quantity of oxygen and ethlene absorbentwas added.Under these conditions,the percentage of fruit with hard flesh reached 90%,and the marketablefruit rate is 98%.The persimmon is non-puckery and delicions.
