Design of 2BMFS-5/10 type no-tillage mulch fertilizing planter

Mechanization conversation tillage technology is a synthetical agricultural and ecological engineering technology of realizing sustainable development of north arid agriculture. The core of that is the research and design of no-tillage planter. In the light of local no-tillage charicteristcs, adopting the anti-blocking mechanism of combinating driven blade sliding cutting stalk with pressing stalk between burrow openers, the 2BMFS-5/10 type no-tillage mulch fertilizing planter was designed. The designe adopted three-point-type suspension and was directly connected to the tractor. The blade axis rotary velocity was analyzed, and the reasonable velocity rotary velocity was certained. The better result was obtained in the experiment.
