Current Ecological Environment Situation of Semi-arid Area of the Loess Plateau in Longdong and Countermeasure should be Taken

The paper analyses the current ecological environment situation of semi-arid area of the loess plateau in Longdong.According to the natural environment of this area, such as fragile ecological environment, serious soil erosion and shortage of water resource, some recommendation is proposed.To improve the productivity of grain, reclaiming the terrace from the sloping field could be popularized in a more wider rang; Grain for green is to protect and resume the ecological environment; The comprehensive administration of small basin should be insisted on so that soil erosion can be prevented; In addition, it’s of importance to strengthen the popularization and application of science and technology in ecological environmental improvement.To improve the environment of semi-arid area of the eastern loess plateau, some success experience should be insisted unremittingly and the countermeasure should be suitable to local conditions, in the same way, comprehensive administration policy should be adopted, which also are considered as the countermeasure.
