Changes of serum NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in patients with lung cancer before after operation and related clinical significance analysis

Objective To explore the changes of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in patients with lung cancer before and after operation and related clinical significance.Methods Electrochemiluminescene analyzer was used to detect the content of serum NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in 105 patients with lung cancer(cancer group) and 47 control patients with benign lung diseases(benign diseases group).Results The contents of NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in cancer group were higher than those in benign diseases group(P0.01),and in cancer group,detected results of the three indexes were significantly decreased after radical surgery(P0.01).Conclusion Radical resection could reduce the content of NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in patients with lung cancer.To dynamically determine serum level of NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CEA might be very useful for the auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
