ZONATION AND GEOCHEMISTRY OF INTERSTRATIFIED OXIDATION ZONE OF AIDING LAKE SLOPE IN SOUTHWEST TURPAN-HAMI BASIN

Taking Shihongtan uranium deposit as the study object, on the basis of systemic analysis on data, macroscopic and microcosmic study on borehole cores, the interstratified oxidation zone of Aiding Lake slope in Southwest Turpan-Hami Basin is divided into several subzones, namely, completely-oxidized zone, incompletely-oxidized zone, sub-reduction zone, reduction zone and primary zone. Based on the above zonation, the characteristics of alteration, mineral component and geochemistry of ore-hosting sandstone bodies in different subzones are also expounded.
