Structure and Dielectric Properties of(Ba_(1-y)Sr_y)_(6-3x)Sm_(8+2x)Ti_(18)O_(54) Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

The microwave dielectric properties and microstructure of(Ba_(1-y)Sr_y)_(6-3x)Sm_(8+2x)Ti_(18)O_(54)(x=2/3,0.0≤y≤0.5)ceramics were investigated.The solid solutions in which Sr ions substituted for Ba ions were formed.With the increase of Sr content,the lattice parameter descended linearly.The dielectric constant of the(Ba_(1-y)Sr_y)_(6-3x)Sm_(8+2x)Ti_(18)O_(54) ceramics ascended to 80.95 at y=0.5,and the dielectric loss got to 0.00016 at y=0.3,and temperature coefficient of frequency changed from negative to positive.
