Principle and realization of the computed-tomography imaging interferometer

A new kind of imaging spectrometer, the computed_tomography imaging interferometer(CTII) is proposed. The CTII makes use of the advantages both in the conventional Fourier transformation imaging spectrometer (FTIS) and the ordinary computed_tomography imaging spectrometer (CTIS). So a CTII has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high spectral resolution and high spatial resolution. The principle and a real optical model of the CTIS were given. The experimental results showed the feasibility of new system.
