Thermal/structural/optical concurrent design based on integrated analysis technique

Thermal/structural/optical(TSO)concurrent design is an important method that can advance design of space optical instrument and optimize design parameter of optomechanical system. The most key method of concurrent design is integrated analysis technique, which can dynamic evaluate whole performance of design scheme, compute optical performance as a function of temperature and structure, modify design parameter, achieve optical/mechanical/thermal concurrent design. A thermal control design of a space optical instrument's primary mirror system with this method is shown as an example to demonstrate the wide use of this concurrent design approach in the engineering practice.
