Research on calibration device based on laser displacement measurement technology for automobile side slip tester

Aiming at the actual demand of the dynamic and static calibration of the automobile side slip tester,a noncontact dynamic and static calibration device for automobile side slip tester based on laser displacement measurement technology is developed.Based on the non-contact measurement method,the dynamic calibration and static calibration of automobile side slip tester could be done using the technology of laser displacement measurement and the screw movement.The effective traceability indicates that the device based on laser displacement measurement technology fully meets and exceeds the requirements of JJG 908-2009《Verification Regulation of automobile side slip tester》.The application of this device and its follow-up application helps to promote the application of laser displacement measurement technology in the field of high-precision calibration,which has a high demonstration effect and application value.
