Effect of Controllers on Ionic Radial Density of High Intensity Ion Beam

According to the predecessors' discovery,if different filling factors are used in a K-V distribution ion beam,the ionic radial density distribution will still be uniformity or change to single peak distribution.By changing these controllers' information,the ionic radial density distribution will be changed from asymmetry uniformity,at the same distributing area of the ion beam can be compressed.
