Secondary Metabolites of Endophytic Fungus GDG-180 from Sophora tonkinensis

Five compounds,including ergosterol(1),variecoxanthone A(2),sydonic acid(3),hydroxysydonic acid(4)and WIN64821(5),were isolated from the metabolites of an endophytic fungus GDG-180 from Sophora tonkinensis.Compounds 2 and 4 were isolated from terrestrial fungi firstly,and 3 and 5 were isolated from the plants of the genus Sophorafor the first time.
