Interface Absorption Effect on Temperature Field of Optical Coatings

Zhao Qiang; Fan Zhengxiu(Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy Sciences, Shanghai 201800)  
On the basis of full consideration to interface absorption in optical coatings, we worked out a model of simulative interface absorption layer. Calculation and analysis of the temperature field are made for some kinds of multilayers. The real-time results from laser induced damage to samples using photothermal deflection technique support this model.
