THE EXACT CONFIDENCE BOUNDS OF RELIABILITY AND RELIABLE LIFE OF THE TWO-PARAMETER WEIBULL DISTRIBUTION

In this paper, the exact confidence bounds of reliability and reliable lifeof the two-parameter weibull distribution based on type Ⅱ censored life testsare discussed. Tables for exact lower confidence limits for reliability areprovided. Three different methods to estimate the reliability are compared inthe sense of mean square.
