A Preliminary Study on the Application of JiTT Teaching Model in the Practical Teaching of Renal Medicine under the Background of MOOC

Objective To explore the effect of just-in-time teaching(JiTT)mode in clinical practice teaching of Nephrology under the background of "MOOC". Methods Five-year interns of clinical medicine in nephrology department were randomly divided into two groups,40 students in each group. One group implemented the traditional clinical teaching method,while the other group used the JiTT teaching mode management teaching method under the background of "MOOC". After one month of rotational study in nephrology department,the pre-operative theoretical assessment and satisfaction questionnaire of clinical teaching were compared and analyzed. Results Under the background of "MOOC",the scores of the JiTT teaching group(82.22±1.52)were significantly higher than those of the traditional clinical teaching group(74.80±1.29),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Most of the students thought that the JiTT teaching method was novel,more individualized,more suitable for clinical teaching,with higher satisfaction and learning enthusiasm. Conclusion JiTT teaching method under the background of "MOOC" can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect.
