TEST RESEARCH ON BEARING CAPACITY CHARACTER OF POST-GROUTING PILES FOR TAIPING BRIDGE

The bored piles 2.0 m in diameter and 90 m in length were adopted in the foundation under Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway along the Taiping Bridge.Through collecting the experimental data,some bearing characteristics of test piles,such as load-displacement relationship,axial bearing properties,pile side friction and its relative displacement between pile and soil,and tip resistance were analysed.It was indicated that,after grouting to improve the value of ultimate bearing capacity test range was 36.88%,36.52%,whose total lateral resistance was increased by 23.56% and 28.32%,total end resistance was increased by 60.67% and 66.46%;tip resistance proportion was 23.82%,26.22%,indicating that the rock-socketed piles was the end-bearing friction piles;before and after grouting the test pile didn't reach the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile and the bearing capacity of the piled foundation had a larger surplus.
