Clinical analysis of serum C reactive protein test in acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma

LIN Mingxiang;Inspection Section,Xiamen Second Hospital;
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum C reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods 90 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma cured in our hospital from Auguest 2013 to Auguest 2015 were slelected as observation group,including 25 cases in mild group,38 cases in moderate group and 27 cases in severe group.At the same time,90 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were treated with medication.Medication plan: on the basis of routine treatment such as relieving spasm,relieving asthma,eliminating phlegm,relieving cough,intravenous injection of antibiotics and atomizing inhalation,intravenous infusion of Shenmai injection,60 m L+5% glucose or 0.9% Sodium Chloride Solution 250 m L,1/d,continued treatment for 2 weeks.Using aupu Uppergold U2 multifunctional full quantitative gold detector,and immunogold labeling method was used to detect the level serum C reactive protein.Serum C reactive protein level of the two groups was compared. Results The level of serum C reactive protein in the observation group was(45.2±12.8)mg/L,the level of serum C reactive protein in the control group was(5.6±1.8)mg/L,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=29.0639,P 0.05).The comparison of serum C reactive protein levels between the three groups before and after treatment showed that the levels of serum C-reactive protein before treatment in the mild,moderate and severe groups were(24.6±11.8),(37.5±16.4) and(51.1±14.5)mg/L,respectively,and the levels of serum C-reactive protein after treatment in the mild, moderate and severe groups were(9.9±3.6),(11.9±7.4) and(15.4±10.8)mg/L,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion The serum C reactive protein is of great value in identifying the acute onset of bronchial asthma and assessing the condition.
