Application value evaluation of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia

YE Meiying;Department of Anesthesiology, Zengcheng District People's Hospital Guangzhou;
Objective To study and judge the value of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia. Methods 60 patients with upper limb surgery cured in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected. 30 cases treated with traditional anatomical localization paracentesis anesthesia were A group, and 30 cases treated with ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia were B group. All the patients were given local anesthesia of mixture of Liddle Kain hydrochloride(C:1%) and ropivacaine hydrochloride(C:0.375%). The onset time of sensory block, the duration of brachial plexus block anesthesia and the effect of anesthesia(measured by VAS pain visual analogue scale) of the two groups were recorded. Adverse reaction was recorded. And the block of nerve in the branches of the patients was measured by Acupuncture. Results The onset time of sensory block in group B upper limb surgery was(3.67±2.81)min, and the VAS pain visual analogue score was(2.65±0.51)points, which were all better than those in A group. And no serious adverse reactions occurred, P 0.05. The completion time of brachial plexus block anesthesia was(9.20±3.31)min, which was longer than that of group A, P 0.05. And no adverse reactions occurred, that was, the incidence of adverse reactions was better than that in group A, P 0.05. The ulnar nerve block in the B group was complete, and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in the radial nerve block and median nerve block(P 0.05). Conclusion The application of ultrasoundguided brachial plexus block anesthesia is of great value. Compared with the traditional anatomical localization of puncture anesthesia, the onset time of sensory block is shorter, the analgesic effect is better, no serious adverse reactions occurred, which ensured the safety of anesthesia. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
