Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in early diagnosis of liver cirrhosis combined with small hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with small hepatocellular carcinoma after operation were collected, contrast-enhanced ultrasound was applied in patients with early diagnosis. The different degree of differentiation of cancer ultrasound contrast time was analyzed, The enhanced CT and contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis rate were compared, and the ultrasonic diagnostic score before and after contrastwas compared. Results(1) The difference of high differentiation and moderate to low differentiation cancer in the beginning of enhanced time and enhanced peak time were not statistically significant(P 0.05). The high differentiation began to subside time was significantly higher than in low differentiation cancer(P 0.05).(2) In this study, patients with enhanced CT were diagnosed correctly with a diagnosis of accuracy of 81.25%(65/80) in all cases. There were 74 cases diagnosed correctly by contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the diagnostic accuracy was 92.50%(74/80). The diagnostic accuracy of contrast-enhanced CT was significantly lower than that of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(P 0.05).(3) The ultrasound score of the patients after angiography in this group was significantly better than that of before contrast-enhanced ultrasound(P 0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in early diagnosis of liver cirrhosis and small hepatocellular carcinoma is high, and it has high clinical value.
