Detection of Liquid Surface Wave by Means of the Laser Method

According to the acousto-optic effects of the liquid surface,this experiment establishes a measurement system about the liquid surface wave. While two lasers radiate the liquid surface wave with different angles,two interference patterns can be received. In the experiment,one pattern was taken every 0. 0625 s and saved automatically,then the taken patterns will be scanned by using MATLAB software,and we obtain the light intensity distribution of the interference spot. The amplitude of liquid surface waves are obtained and their sizes are in microns. Two laser beam pattern corresponding to the surface wave amplitude is equal.
