A method based on HPLC was developed to Simultaneously determine the content of gallic acid,chlorogenic acid,quercetin in Polygonum viviparum. L.. Phenomenex Luna C18(2) column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used and eluted at40 ℃. With a mobile of 1% acetic acid aqueous solution and 1% acetic acid methanol solution with gradient elution,At the flow rate of 0. 8 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 272 nm(gallic acid) and 350 nm(chlorogenic acid and quercetin.)The linear range of gallic acid,chlorogenic acid and quercetin were 0. 2568 μg ~ 1. 712 μg(r = 0. 9992),0. 2898 μg ~ 1. 932 μg(r =0.9995),0.01772 μg ~ 0. 1181 μg(r = 0. 9993),and spiked recoveries(n = 6) were 98. 2%(RSD2. 28%),101. 6%(RSD2.39%),100.6%(RSD1.02%).
