Comparative Analysis on Satisfaction of Three C2C Website

C2C website satisfaction become an important factor that affect people’s online activities. This paper conducted in the on-line survey on Taobao, paipai, eBay, and found the lack of these website and put on comparative analysis of the development, marketing and satisfaction, and so on. We found that, that taobao first, paipai the second, third eBay’s conclusion through the survey of satisfaction, then made more ideas to the development of C2C.
