Empirical Research on Brand Website Satisfaction through General Virtual Economy Perspective

With the development of e-commerce and the general virtual economy,as represented by Taobao C2C website also burgeoning.This paper systematically reviewed the relevant model of customer satisfaction,customer perceived quality and constructed C2C satisfaction model from the perspective of the quality expectations,and analysis as Taobao the samples.
