Rubik's Cube Economy:Research on Exploring New Model of Corporation Group under Full Value Dimension
LIN Zuo-ming;Aviation Industry Corporation of China;
Since the end of 20 th and the beginning of 21 st century, western economies gradually evolved fromthe "flea market economy",the "monopoly economy" into the most powerful "supermarket economy". As the cornerstone of the "supermarket economy", major western multinationals with enormous capacity to further dividing, reorganizing and integrating world industries, put a strong grip on the global economy with maneuvering market control. In order to live up to the strong competition from western economies, we are exploring for Chinese transnational enterprises a growth model which is of distinctive Chinese characteristics and tailored for Chinese market. Optimizing core competency, we are seeking to usher in a new era of the "Rubik's Cube economy" and use "three chains"(whole industry chain, full value chain and full brand culture chain) to build a three-dimensional model. All the three chains are interrelated and interacting on one another, creating a competitive and vibrant business model. General Electronics(GE), a successful American transnational enterprise, has its business run on a similar model. Aviation Industry Corporation of China(AVIC) also made proactive endeavors in exploring this distinctive model, formed the new development concept and achieved initial results.
