How Incumbent Enterprises Develop New Technology Market: A Case Study of CS2C

In the age of generalized virtual economy, technology innovation and new product base on new technology commercialization has become an important means to gain competitive advantage. Human capital is very important for technology innovation. This paper takes CS2 C as a case to explain how enterprises success-fully promote technology innovation and commercialization. The findings show that: there are strategic paradoxes between exploitative and exploratory businesses in process of incumbent enterprises technology innovation, and ambidexterity capabilities is the key to resolving strategic paradox, three types integration mechanism, such as incentive measures, information sharing channels, and organizational learning can facilitate the ‘linkages' between employee and the nee the technology and then this can promote technology innovation commercialization successfully.
