An Analysis of Case Analysis Method in Enterprise Management Education

Case analysis is a common method of enterprise management education, but the enthusiasm of analysis of "process" has not been fully translated into the "results" of ability in real work and life. Based on this, we need to reshape the logic of case analysis method, from the traditional "case-centered" to "student(person) centered", only using case materials as the carrier and grasp of thinking training, emphasizing the mobilization of real experience and feelings in the minds of students to make up for the incompleteness of case materials. Intuition and experience are added to make up for the "untruthfulness" of the case with each student's "truthfulness". In the end, each student's plan is based on the "death" case material to give a "living" scheme which combines personal experience. Therefore, each student is not learning from the case, but "human" and "human" learn from each other.
