Optimization Algorithm of Traction Transformer Capacity in the Electric Railway

In the electric railway,short-time traction load is high and average daily traction load is low.Traction transformer is mostly under low-load running condition,so its capacity and operation life has more surpluses,which increases the cost of the enterprise.Therefore,the capacity algorithm was optimized to increase the overload factor of traction transformer,and to decrease its installed capacity to reduce the cost.Also,by verification of "current limit,temperature limit and loss of life",it can ensure the operation safety of traction transformer to realize the economical safe operation.
