Application and analysis of baffled test in simulation of SCR system

In this paper,the fluid simulation software was used for simulation of the distribution and flowing lines of flue gas in the SCR system. Based on the mathematical model and the boundary condition,the velocity cloud diagram,the pressure cloud and the NOx mass cloud without the baffle and with the five-layer baffle were respectively obtained,and the NOx concentration at the flue gas outlet was calculated. The results indicated that the baffle can make the distribution of the flow field more uniform at the turning points,which was beneficial to the denitrification chemical reaction and could improve the removal efficiency of nitrogen oxides. The actual monitoring data showed that the denitrification SCR system with the installation of the baffle could meet the requirements of the current environmental ultra-low emission and can be used as an important part of the denitrification system optimization.
