Creative ability is based on practice. With the development of practice, humans' creative ability develops. Practice is the motive force of creative ability. It is the foundation for the bringing out of new ideas. The ultimate manifestation of creative ability is practice. Mastering the practical essence of creative ability is of realistic significance.
