On the Application of Situational Plays to the Teaching of the Law of Intellectual Property Right

Organizing teaching activities with situational plays in the course of teaching the law of intellectual property right so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the students in taking part in the teaching and to cultivate a sense of team work in the students provide a platform of creation for them.In such a type of teaching activity,attention should be called to the choice of an appropriate topic,and to combining appreciativeness and specialty of the plays with other methods of teaching.
