Explanation of Miao Minority's Customary Law in Southeast Guizhou In Qing Dynasty from View of Legal Anthropology

Miao minority of Southeast Guizhou gradually developed a rich set of customary law system in the long historical period of its development.To Qing Dynasty,the customary law became a major force in maintaining the operation of the internal social order of Miao minority of Southeast Guizhou.The organizations of Gushe,Yilang and Lilao as the three pillars of the Miao society played a key role in the executive mechanism of customary law.From the perspective of legal anthropology,the customary law of the Miao nationality is also a reflection of mountain agricultural-hunting economic culture in the area of the Miao nationality.The primitive religions,taboos,ecological environment and social customs have profound impact on the existence,development and application of its customary law.
