Preliminary Research of Turbulence Flocculation in Neutral juice

Ma Yuefei, Huang Yuegang, Sun Weidong (Guangxi University, Nanning 530004)  
It is significant in sugar industry to reduce the loss of sucrose and increase the production capacity of subsider. A preliminary research was carried out through analyzing dynamics process of flocculation and dynamics mechanism of turbulence flocculation in this paper. Thus the technical way of high flocculation efficiency was presented and the subsidence process in sugar mill would be strengthened. At the same time the aim of reducing sucrose loss and increasing production capacity of subsider will be achieved.
