Determination of 18 Pesticide Residues in Sugarcane by GC-MS

A method was developed for the determination of 18 Pesticide Residues in Sugarcane by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The residues in the sample were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS method and then analyzed by using GC-MS in selecting ion mode(SIM).External standard method was used to determine the residue contents with a good linear relationship(r~20.996).The limits of quantification(LOQ) was 0.09~1.82 μg/kg.The recoveries of phthalate acid esters at 3 levels of 50,100,and 400 μg/kg were 82.8%~106.6% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 0.90%~8.9%(n=6) in sugarcane.The method is simple,rapid and characterized with acceptable sensitivity and accuracy to meet the requirements of the determination of analysis,and this developed procedure is suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in sugarcane.
