POINT WISE-FILTERING DEFOCUSED SPECKLE-SHEARING INTERFEROMETRY AND ITS APPLICATION

In this paper, pointwise-filtering method for defocused speckle-shearing interfero-metry is anslyzed through correlation calculation, thus the characteristics of fringe formation and its distribution are obtained. In addition, distinctive applicability of this method is discussed, and a example of application in defeet detection is described.
