Coherent Optical Effect of a Nano Cavity Optico-mechanical System

A nano cavity optical mechanical system is proposed,which consists of a graphene mechanical oscillator and a high quality microwave cavity.A strong pump field and a weak signal field are used to drive the system.The numerical analysis results show that under the different driving conditions,there is aquantum phenomenon of optical mechanism induced transparency and amplification of microwave signal in the system.By controlling the pump field,the system can achieve fast light and slow light effect,effectively controlling the propagation of microwave field.The conversion between fast and slow light effects can be realize by adjusting the detuning between the cavity field and the pump field.These dynamic coherent optical effects can be used in quantum information networks to construct photonic devices with special functions such as optical storage and optical triode.
