The Study and Application of Wireless-Based Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge Acquisition Method

A method of collecting bucket rain gauge data is proposed, which is used to transmit the rainfall pulse count to the background through the wireless collector, and the data is analyzed and processed by the background software. The tipping bucket rain gauge acquisition method is accurate and the rainfall start and end time, rain and rainfall are collected relatively accurately and the data uploading problem is solved. The achievement of the method cost lowly. Finally, by comparing with the existing rain gauge collection method, it proves that the developed acquisition method has certain reliability.
