Virtual Training System for Elevator Inspection Based on VR Technology

In order to improve the training efficiency of elevator inspectors and break through the limitations of traditional elevator inspection training mode, this paper proposes an elevator inspection training method based on virtual reality technology, which uses mainstream development procedures and hardware equipment, and combines elevator inspection content optimization to develop training. The course built a set of verification training system based on virtual reality, which realized the multi-ladder multi-scene application, structural space perspective, random setting "fault" point, zero operation of wrong operation and other system features. The developed course training project has been applied and tested, the system is running stably, the operati on process is close to the actual situation, and the expected effect is obtained, which can be promoted and applied to the inspection personnel training.
