The Study of Quality standard for Fukeqianjin Micropill

OBJECTIVE To study the quality standard for Fukeqianjin Micropill.METHODS TLC was used to qualitatively differentiate among Radix Angelicae,Herba Andrographis and Radix Codonopsis.HPLC was used to measure the content of andrographolide and 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide in Fukeqianjin Micropill.A Neuocedur C_(18) Column was used,with the mobile phase of methamol-water(55∶45).The flow rate was 0.8ml·min~(1),and the detective wavelength were 224nm and 250nm.RESULTS Radix Angelicae,Herba Andrographis and Radix Codonopsis could be differentiated qualitatively by TLC.The linear ranges of andrographolide and 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide were 0.0411~0.6172 μg and 0.0519~0.7785μg,respectively.CONCLUSION The methods is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used for the quantitative determination of Fukeqianjin Micropill.
