Uncertainty Evaluation for Derermination of Aflatoxin B_1 in Traditional Chinese Medicine by UPLC-MS-MS

OBJECTIVE To assess uncertainty evaluation for derermination of Aflatoxin B_1 in traditional Chinese medicine by UPLC-MS-MS. METHODS The Mathematical model was established to deduce the factor affecting the uncertainty. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated,from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtained. RESULTS The combined uncertainty was 0. 022μg·kg~(-1),extended uncertainty was 0. 048μg·kg~(-1),and the content of aflatoxin were 22. 0μg·kg~(-1). CONCLUSION The established analytical method may be used in uncertainty evaluation for determination of aflatoxin B_1 in traditional chinese medicine by UPLC-MS-MS.
