Clinical Observation of Different Concentrations of Ropivacaine for Thoracic Paravertebral Nerve Block Guided by Ultrasound in Patients Undergoing Thoracotomy

OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of intravenous injection of ropivacaine with different concentrations on the thoracic operation under ultrasound guidance. METHODS Form May 2016 to December 2017,66 cases of thoracic surgery patients,according to the concentration of ropivacaine,were divided into A group( 0. 2%),B group( 0. 375%) and C group( 0. 5%). Three groups were in general anesthesia before ultrasound guided paravertebral nerve block injection of different concentration of ropivacaine 15 ml,with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after operation. The onset time and maintenance time of local anesthetics were recorded. Heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate were changed 20 minutes after blockage. Opioid analgesics in operation,visual analogue scale( 2 hours and 4 hours after operation),VAS,postoperative nausea and vomiting were observed. RESULTS Comparing the onset and analgesia,the indexes in group B and group C were better than those in group A( P 0. 05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically significant. The incidence of B group and A group was lower than that of C group( P 0. 05). CONCLUSION In the anaesthesia of thoracotomy,different concentrations of ropivacaine were injected beside the thoracic vertebra,and the anesthetic effect was better when the concentration was 0. 375%.
