An IFS-based Graph Simulation Method

Based on the brief analysis on self-similarity of graphics, iterative function system (IFS) and the collage theorem, a new method applying the iterative function system to graphics simulation is proposed. The key point of the algorithm is to find a fitted affine transform. High efficiency and simpleness are two beneficial properties of the algorithm. The error of the graphics simulation is controllable according to the collage theorem. And to those graphics that are self-similar, the proposed method seems especially effective.
