Research on the Anti-electrostatic Ability of Current Electro-explosive Device

In order to evaluate the anti-electrostatic ability of the ammunition and missile,the three main factors for forming electrostatic harm are analyzed,the real electrostatic sensitivity test procedure and data processing method are described simply.The real electrostatic sensitivity for a kind of electroigniter used in fuel air explosive projectile is determined by test.Based on the ESD models,and the energy coupling relationship of electrostatic source and electro-igniter,the safety voltage value calculation method is put forward that a dangerous electrostatic source discharge to Electro-explosive Device(EED) directly.According to many measured data in the last years,for human body or metal equipment discharge to the EED directly,the safety voltage values for 5 kinds of current EEDs are made sure.
