Preparation of Hemoglobin Molecular Imprinted Membrane Containing Ester

By aqueous solution polymerization,the bovine hemoglobin molecular imprinted membranes were synthesized with acrylamide and methyl methacrylate as the functional monomers,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as the crosslinker,and bovine hemoglobin as the template.The results showed that the specific selectivity of bovine hemoglobin molecular imprinted membrane was significantly increased by introducing hydrophobic monomer methyl methacrylate into the polymer.The increase of the selectivity was due to the cooperation of hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic action.
