Discovery of Active Component of Alkaloid From Marine Microorgamism Using Molecularly Imprinted Technique

The molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized by taking harmine as the template molecule and methylacrylic acid as the functional monomer,and the MIP was then used as solid phase extraction material to extract harmine and its structural analogs from the secondary metabolites produced by a sponge associated marine bacterium Pseudoalteronomas sp.NJ6-3-1.It is shown from the experimental results that the molecularly imprinted technique is an effective method to selectively separate and extract the active component from marine microorgamism.
