Effect of Phosphate Fertilizer Application Rate on Red Leaf Blight and Yield of Transgenic Hybrid Cotton Hanmian 646

In order to determine the optimum application rate of phosphate fertilizer for the high yield of hybrid cotton,the effect of phosphate fertilizer application rate on red leaf blight and yield of transgenic hybrid cotton Hanmian 646 were studied with superphosphate application rate were 0(CK),210,300,390 and 480 kg/hm~2.The results showed that with the increase of phosphate fertilizer application rate,the incidence rate of red leaf blight of cotton was decreased gradually, and the yield was increased gradually. When the application rate of phosphate fertilizer less than or equal to 390 kg/hm~2,with the increase of phosphate application rate,the incidence of red leaf blight was significantly reduced and the yield was significantly improved. Then continue to increase the amount of phosphate fertilizer,the incidence of red stem blight of cotton was decreased slightly and the yield increasing was not obvious. From the perspective of economic benefits, the best fertilizer amount of Hanmian 646 was 390 kg/hm~2.
