The technology and implementation of the survey vehicle's monitoring and dispatching system Based on GIS,GPS,GSM and GPRS

The most important service is the survey service in the insurance company.After receiving the information of survey from customers,how to let the vehicle arrive at the scene at the first time,estimate damages as soon as possible and pay the insurance premium,is the key to promote the company service level.This article first analyzed insufficiency of the traditional mode of the survey vehicle dispatching system,then proposed the construction of the insurance survey vehicle monitoring and dispatching system taking GIS,GPS,GSM and GPRS as the main technology.With the professional insurance experience,GIS,GPS,GSM and GPRS,the system can realized survey vehicles' real-time monitoring and the accurate dispatching.This system already successfully applied in Tangshan Branch PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited and shows great effect.
