On Farmers' Education Consumption Power——Taking the higher education consumption power as an example

Farmers' education consumption power includes their education spending capacity,education credit power and education resources consumption power.The farmers' lower education consumption power has brought great adverse affection to their production and life.It is essential to take various measures to boost the farmers' education consumption power,which is of vital significance for the maintenance of social justice and the construction of the harmonious society.
